Dead Man's Blood

Season 1, Episode 20
A vampire hunter is murdered in Manning, Colorado, and John shows up to solve the case. John discovers the vampires have stolen an antique gun, a Colt revolver that John has been searching for. When loaded with its accompanying special bullets, it has the power to kill anything, natural or supernatural, and John intends to use it on the demon that killed his wife. After they seize the colt, Dean's father tests its power on a vampire.
